About Kimberly
Kimberly is a Fox River village of roughly 6,800 residents that sits between Appleton to the west and Kaukauna to the east, filling in the central stretch of the Fox Cities along the north side of the river. The village shares school district boundaries and community identity with its smaller neighbor Combined Locks, and together they form one of the most compact and community-focused corners of the Fox Valley.
Kimberly’s history is paper. The village was founded around the Kimberly Mill of Kimberly-Clark — the same global company still headquartered in Appleton — and generations of Kimberly families worked the mill until its closure.
