CityWI Business Directory (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates city-wi.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

How We Use Your Information. Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to follow up about featured listing opportunities. Your Choices. You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion by emailing us through the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Terms of Use

Acceptable Use. CityWI is provided as a business directory and informational resource for Wisconsin residents and visitors. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, scrape listings in bulk, or use the site to harass featured businesses.

Featured Listings. Featured listings on CityWI represent Wisconsin businesses that have arranged paid or promotional placements, or that are highlighted at our editorial discretion. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of service quality. Your dealings with any featured business are between you and that business.

Intellectual Property. All CityWI content — including text, design, code, and branding — is owned by CityWI and CityWeb-Design unless otherwise credited. Business names, logos, and descriptions of featured businesses remain the property of those businesses. You may share and link to directory pages freely; you may not reproduce substantial portions of the site without permission.

No Warranty. CityWI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that business information (hours, phone numbers, service areas, pricing, ownership) is always up to date. Before relying on any listing detail, verify directly with the business.
